Position Summary

Under the direction of the Director, Clinical Services, the Regional Nursing Manager will be responsible for directing clinical care and ensuring clinical compliance with federal and state guidelines. This is a highly visible and challenging position, requiring a motivated and clinically astute leader focused on patient care and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage a remote team of infusion nurses across multiple sites through coaching, training, and development.
2. Plan and execute the company-wide nursing program in accordance with legal procedures, nursing laws, and standards of care.
3. Conduct quarterly site visits and audits to support clinical excellence.
4. Make staffing recommendations to meet clinical needs.
5. Serve as a point of escalation for clinical care and systems issues from nurses.
6. Resolve conflicts or escalate issues between care sites and corporate operations.
7. Provide ongoing training and support for care locations.
8. Support site startup processes and provide clinical care, including infusions, as needed.

Minimum Requirements

Degree or equivalent experience. Typically 6+ years of professional experience and 0-2 years of supervisory experience.

Education

Bachelor's in Nursing or higher. Active Compact RN license.

1. 5+ years of direct clinical care experience.
2. 2+ years of infusion experience.
3. 2+ years managing teams across multiple locations.
4. Strong management and development skills.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on clinical care.
6. Process-oriented and patient-focused approach.
7. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
8. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to physicians.

Travel Requirements

Ability to travel up to 75% across multiple states.

We offer a competitive compensation package, determined by performance, experience, skills, and market factors. The pay range for this position is $78,800 - $131,300.
