AAR is seeking a Junior Web Developer to support the design and maintenance of web-based applications using Adobe ColdFusion. This role is based at our Corporate Headquarters in Wood Dale, IL, with future relocation to Chicago.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and have a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with analytical skills. A competitive salary range of $75,000 to $80,000 annually is offered, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
The Junior Web Developer supports the design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of web-based applications using Adobe ColdFusion and related technologies. This role partners with senior developers and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
This position is based at our Corporate Headquarters in Wood Dale, IL, with a planned relocation to the Merchandise Mart (Chicago) in early 2027.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000 to $80,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for a bonus.
