The HR Manager is a high-impact, strategic partner to leaders across AAR’s OEM Supply locations throughout the United States—at the center of integrating newly acquired teams and operations into AAR. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR leader who wants to grow, lead change, and help shape how the business scales: translating integration strategy into execution by aligning talent, culture, and ways of working. You will build trusted partnerships with site and functional leaders, influence decisions with data and insights, and drive key people priorities—from workforce planning and talent acquisition to engagement, employee relations, performance, and organizational effectiveness. In a fast-moving, multi-site environment with evolving structures and business-critical transitions, you’ll help leaders navigate complexity and deliver results—while building a culture of inclusion, accountability, and high performance aligned to AAR’s values.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $115,000 to $140,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for a bonus.
