Job summary

Shamin Hotels seeks a Junior Project Manager to help bring hotel renovations and upgrades to life—from planning through completion.

You’ll be onsite at properties, coordinating with the Director of Capital Projects, contractors, engineers, and hotel teams to keep projects on track and guests uninterrupted.

You’ll learn plans and scopes while supporting risk mitigation and maintaining organized project docs and clear cross‑team communication with GMs, vendors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• You’ll partner closely with our Director of Capital Projects and support projects across our hotel portfolio—think renovations, mechanical upgrades, and everything in between.
• Be onsite—walking properties, checking progress, and keeping things moving
• Work alongside contractors, engineers, and hotel teams to get it done right
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, and vendor timelines
• Track progress and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
• Help sequence work so hotels can keep running (guests always come first!)
• Organize project docs—punch lists, reports, proposals, approvals
• Keep communication flowing between GMs, vendors, and stakeholders
• Make sure everyone knows what’s happening and what’s next
• Identify issues early and help drive solutions
• Support risk mitigation and keep projects moving forward
• Learn to read plans and scopes (we’ll teach you what you don’t know)
• Work with architects, engineers, contractors, and brand partners (Hilton, Marriott, IHG + more)
• Support bidding, onboarding, and compliance with brand standards
