Tri-City Medical Center is seeking an Education Coordinator to oversee American Heart Association training programs. The role requires a nursing graduate with AHA experience to collaborate on educational initiatives and support nursing students. A strong background in training, adult learning, and project management is essential for success.

Position Summary:
The Education Coordinator serves as the American Heart Association (AHA) Training Center Coordinator (TCC) for Tri-City Medical Center. Coordinates all BLS and ACLS classes to ensure enough classes are available for staff. Oversees the AHA Instructors to ensure that they provide instruction in accordance with approved AHA guidelines. Coordinates and collaborates with Educators the AHA component of the annual clinical skills labs. Evaluates effectiveness and implements strategies for the continual improvement of these programs. Supports the mission and values of the Medical Center.
