Job summary

Garden of Wonders LLC in Union, NJ is seeking a passionate Jr. Pre‑K Teacher to welcome and guide young learners in a warm, nurturing classroom.

You will plan engaging activities, monitor progress, and communicate with families while supporting early childhood development in a play‑based, structured program.

Qualifications

• CDA, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Prior experience working with Pre-K or early childhood age groups.
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to obtain or current holder of required NJ childcare certifications
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Warm, energetic, and child-centered approach to teaching
