Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Jr PMO Analyst to support financial management functions for a DoD client in Arlington, VA. The role emphasizes compliance with GAAP, GAGAS, ICOFR, and DoD policies, along with audit readiness and financial process improvements.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 0–1 year of experience; a Master’s degree and DoD/A-123 familiarity are a plus. A Secret clearance is required or obtainable on onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field (Accounting, Finance, IT, Business Management/Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Data Science).
• 0–1 year of professional experience. Master’s degree preferred.
• Clearance: ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance; active Secret or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the DoD client with financial management, accounting, audit, internal controls, and policy.
• Apply knowledge of GAAP, GAGAS, ICOFR, and DoD policies and structures.
• Assist with audit readiness statements and DoD financial management processes.
• Understand OMB policies (A-123, A-136) and DoD acquisition, inventory, and property management.
