i360technologies is seeking an early-career Oracle Cloud P2P Analyst to configure, test, deploy, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud procurement and payables in a federal financial environment. You will work onsite in Washington, DC, with occasional travel, and use AI tools to accelerate learning, documentation, and testing under senior guidance.

Qualifications

• 5 years of overall professional experience, including 2+ years of Oracle ERP Procurement or Payables.
• Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Procure-to-Pay experience is required.
• Familiarity with end-to-end P2P processes: requisitions, POs, receiving, invoicing, payments.
• Experience writing/executing SIT/UAT test scripts.
• Ability to learn quickly using AI tools and apply learning to configurations and documentation.

At i360technologies, we deliver business consulting and technology solutions that support the mission of federal agencies. A major federal agency is consolidating its core financial management systems into a single, multi-tenant Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solution as part of the government-wide push to standardize federal financial management. The program will migrate multiple agency components and customer agencies onto the new platform, with a stated goal of making maximum use of automation and artificial intelligence to reduce manual workload, speed reconciliation and improve data quality.

i360technologies supports this program as a subcontractor to a large federal systems integrator. We are seeking a motivated, early-career Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Analyst who uses AI to bridge knowledge gaps and learn fast. You will help configure, test, deploy, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud procurement and payables capabilities in a complex federal financial environment. If you have some hands-on Oracle P2P experience, take initiative, and want to grow into a senior consultant on a program of this size, this role is built for you. This is one of the largest federal financial modernization efforts underway, and you'll be part of it from the start, building skills on a high-profile program most early-career consultants never get access to.

Location

Washington, DC Metro, on-site at client facilities; occasional travel to other client locations.

Why AI Matters Here

AI is central to how this team delivers. You won't know everything on day one, and we don't expect you to. We want analysts who use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to bridge their own knowledge gaps: learning Oracle Fusion Cloud setups, P2P processes, and federal financial rules they haven't worked with yet, then turning that learning into real work such as configurations, documentation, and test scripts. Be ready to show us a time you used AI to learn something new fast and how you checked that what it told you was right. You will use only client-approved AI tools and never enter client data, financial records, or other sensitive information into public AI tools.

What You Will Do

• Help configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud P2P functionality.
• Support Procurement, Purchasing, Self Service Procurement, Supplier Management, Payables, Payments, and related functionality.
• Participate in requirements and fit-gap workshops with financial and procurement stakeholders.
• Help translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud configurations and functional designs.
• Configure approval rules, purchasing controls, supplier setups, invoice processing, matching, and payment options with guidance from senior consultants.
• Support integration of P2P processes with GL, Fixed Assets, Projects, Budgetary Control, and external systems.
• Help draft functional specifications for integrations, conversions, reports, and extensions.
• Support data conversion and validation.
• Write and execute SIT/UAT test scripts and help resolve functional defects.
• Support deployment, cutover, training, and post-production stabilization.
• Document configurations, business processes, SOPs, and controls.
• Use AI tools to speed up your learning, documentation, and testing, and learn from senior consultants on the team.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of overall professional experience, including 2+ years of Oracle ERP Procurement or Payables
• 2+ years of Oracle ERP Procurement or Payables experience, as a consultant, analyst, implementation team member, or power user.
• Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and/or Payables experience (Oracle EBS experience with Fusion Cloud training or certification will be considered).
• Understanding of end-to-end P2P processes: requisitions, purchase orders, receiving, invoice matching, and payments.
• Familiarity with Oracle approval workflows/BPM.
• Exposure to FBDI, OTBI/BIP, interfaces, or conversions from a functional perspective.
• Experience writing or executing SIT/UAT test scripts.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to learn unfamiliar systems, processes, or rules quickly and apply that learning to real work.
• A track record of taking initiative to learn on your own, such as certifications, self-study, or volunteering for new work on a project.
