Job summary

i360technologies is seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud Integration Developer to modernize federal financial management by building integrations between the new core system and agency systems. This on-site Washington, DC-area role offers exposure to a decade-long transformation project and opportunities to work with AI-enabled delivery.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in integration with Oracle Fusion ERP, OIC, REST/SOAP, XML/JSON, and BI Publisher. Occasional travel to client locations is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of integration or software development experience.
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), or similar integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and XSLT.
• Familiarity with file-based integrations (SFTP, FBDI) and reporting tools such as BI Publisher.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to learn new technologies and accelerate delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP integrations.
• Build inbound and outbound interfaces using REST/SOAP web services.
• Develop file-based and scheduled integrations.
• Work with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), FBDI, BI Publisher extracts, and Oracle ERP integration services.
• Create source-to-target mappings and transformation logic.
• Implement orchestration, error handling, and notifications.
• Support batch and real-time integrations.
• Write technical design and interface-control documentation.
• Support SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and data discrepancies.
• Support deployment and production stabilization.

A major federal agency is consolidating its core financial management systems into a single, multi-tenant Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solution as part of the government-wide push to standardize federal financial management. The program will migrate multiple agency components and customer agencies onto the new platform, with a stated goal of making maximum use of automation and artificial intelligence to reduce manual workload, speed reconciliation and improve data quality.

We are seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud Integration Developer who will build the integrations that connect the agency's new core financial system to its administrative and mission systems. What You Will Do
