AES Drilling Fluids, LLC is seeking a Jr. HSE Coordinator to Midland, TX. The role will plan, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental programs to maximize employee safety across office, warehouse, and field environments.

The position emphasizes self-starting, cross-department collaboration, and adherence to HSE laws, with responsibilities spanning training, inspections, incident analysis, and ISO-aligned improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a safety-related field is a plus.
• Oil and gas industry experience would be highly advantageous.
• Current certification in First Aid and CPR is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and internet research.

Responsabilités

• Ensures that all AES employees comply with HSE-related federal, state, and local laws, regulations, rules, and codes.
• Coordinates, conducts, and assists with HSE-related training for new and existing employees, as needed.
• Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices; conduct on-site inspections and provide advice on HSE compliance to management and staff.
• Tracks and monitors HSE-related training to ensure compliance with AES requirements.
• Assists with compliance with municipal, state, and federal safety and environmental requirements.
• Handles special projects related to AES work-sites, including regulatory compliance, audits, and other HSE concerns.
• Compiles, analyzes, investigates, and reports on accidents and injuries to assess causes and prevention.
• Supports AES continual improvement program in conformity with ISO requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the HSE Manager.

AES Drilling Fluids is seeking a Jr. HSE Coordinator in Midland, TX. This position is responsible for planning, establishing, implementing and maintaining a variety of health, safety, and environmental programs to assure the highest possible degree of safety for employees. The Coordinator will be in a self-starting role which will involve challenging and collaborative work with all

departments within AES office, warehouse, and field environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures that all AES employees comply with HSE-related federal, state, and local laws, regulations, rules, and codes.
• Coordinates, conducts, and assists with HSE-related training for new and existing employees, as needed.
• Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices, conduct and coordinate on-site inspections to audit physical conditions and safe work practices, and provide advice and counseling to AES management and staff regarding HSE compliance efforts.
• Tracks and monitors HSE-related training to ensure compliance with all applicable legal and AES requirements.
• Assists with compliance with municipal, state, and federal safety and environmental requirements,
• Handles special projects necessitated by the unique geographical needs of AES work-sites within the Coordinator's location, including assisting with state and local legal/regulatory compliance, audits, and other HSE-related concerns.
• Compiles, analyzes, investigates, and reports back concerning accidents and injuries involving AES to assess causation and to advise and make recommendations regarding accident and injury prevention, when and as necessary.
• Supports and participates in AES's continual improvement program in conformity with ISO requirements.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by the HSE Manager.

Requirements

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant safety-related field is a plus.
• Prior work experience in the oil and gas industry would be highly advantageous.
• Current certification in First Aid and CPR is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook and internet-related research skills.
• Valid driver's license and the maintenance of a driving record satisfactory to AES.
