You will collaborate closely with the creative team to uphold professional graphics and brand identity standards across all deliverables - taking projects from concept through release with creativity, quality, and consistency. This is a hybrid role based out of our Kansas City, MO office. This role is for someone who brings strong design instincts, takes ownership of their work, and uses AI tools as a natural part of the creative process to move faster and produce stronger output.**What You'll Do*** Design layouts and artwork for printed materials including publications, newsletters, flyers, and catalogs, ensuring every deliverable meets client-specific requirements and brand standards* Use AI tools to accelerate concepting, generate creative variations, enhance imagery, support copywriting for design context, and streamline production workflows - integrating AI into your creative process as a standard working method* Create online deliverables including email campaign creative and the development and maintenance of client websites* Take ownership of projects from concept through release, maintaining creativity, quality, consistency, and relevance at every stage* Ensure production deadlines are met, guidelines and procedures are followed, and quality control measures are implemented across all active projects* Assist in leading and maintaining creative projects across multiple clients simultaneously, applying your design expertise to meet diverse requirements* Collaborate effectively with the broader team, communicating clearly and contributing to a high-quality, client-focused creative environment**What Sets You Apart*** Proficiency in design software including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign - with a portfolio that showcases your creative range and technical capability* An AI-native mindset.
