The Junior Advisory Program is a foundational initiative designed to cultivate and refine the sales skills of individuals in the early stages of their financial careers. This program is crucial in supporting a sales team focused on investment advisory, insurance, and fixed income sales. Participants will gain valuable hands‑on experience, learn directly from industry professionals, and play an integral role in the ongoing success of the team.

Salary Range : $60,000-$80,000; based on experience
Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

This position requires Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) registration. Qualification requirements include meeting applicable financial industry responsibility, regulatory requirements, credit fitness and criminal background standards.
