Job summary

Everforth ECS seeks an Exploitation Specialist/Data Steward (Junior Level) to join our St. Louis, MO location. The role focuses on data quality, exploitation processes, and integration with modernized databases for mission-critical efforts.

A TS/SCI with CI Poly is required, along with GEOINT experience. The candidate will work with ArcGIS-based tools, develop data policies, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet NGA, SF, and FG NOX (SFP) goals.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI w/CI Poly is required.
• Data mining and cleansing skills.
• Experience with GEOINT operations and TCPED process.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex data to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with data management tools and data quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage data-related issues across the data life cycle (creation, evaluation, organization, storage, deletion, dissemination).
• Develop data policies, standards, and requirements to ensure integrity and quality.
• Perform data conditioning techniques for data quality.
• Model database structures to meet analysis and visualization needs (temporal and spatial).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop data strategies for mission requirements.
• Ensure new workflows integrate with modernized databases and APIs.
• Assist in data management tasks for modernization activities.
• Assist in testing of coding and scripting.
• Transfer data between formats and networks.
• Deliver service solutions to modernize current practices.
• Assist with training NSG community on requirements database.

Job description

Everforth ECS is seeking anExploitation Specialist/Data Steward (Junior Level)to work in ourSt. Louis, MOlocation.

This offer is contingent upon Prime and government customer acceptance, validation of appropriate clearances, and approval from a cognizant government contracting officer. After customer indoctrination, the candidate will be submitted for a Counterintelligence Polygraph.

Provide the FG NOX (SFP) with data steward support. The Data Steward is primarilyfocused on SFP data quality and investigates quality and integrity issues usingapplied statistics, building algorithms, and collaborating with domain expertise toconvey complicated realities to non-technical audiences.

• Experienced with intelligence operations focusing on the TCPED (Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination) process.

Job requirements:

• Manage data-related issues throughout the data life cycle, includingcreation, evaluation, organization, storage, deletion, documentation,and dissemination.
• Develop data policies, standards, and requirements to ensure integrity and quality.
• Perform data conditioning techniques and processes for data quality purposes.
• Conceptualize the relationship between a database structure and therequirements for analyzing and visualizing the data bothtemporally and spatially.
• Work with various stakeholders to develop data strategies and provide the necessary datato meet mission requirements.
• Ensure new workflows can be integrated seamlessly with ourmodernized database applications and enterprise-level APls.
• Assist in other data management tasks related to SFP's modernization activities.
• Assist in testing of coding and scripting.
• Transfer data between multiple formats and networks.
• Deliver service solutions that integrate best practices to modernize current practices.
• Assist with Production Office input and updates to the requirements database.
• Assist with training NSG community members on the requirementsdatabase before the annual data and validation call.
• Participation in strategic development activities in accordance with statedNGA, Source (S), Foundation GEOINT Group (SF), and FG NOX (SFP)goals and objectives.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

• TS/SCI w/CI Poly.
• Working knowledge of ArcGIS, ArcSDE, ArcPro.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in data mining, cleansing, and exploringspatial, temporal, and non-spatial data in both structured and unstructured formats.
• Familiarity with: common data science libraries and frameworks, plus:
  • PostgreSQL, Postgis, PgAdmin.
  • Application programming interfaces (APls).
  • Remote sensing expertise – EO, SAR, MASINT, IR, and LiDAR.
• High School Diploma and 2+ years of GEOINT Intelligence experience.

Desired Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and/or Geography/GEOINT.
• Experience with workflow management systems, such as Flowable.
• Working knowledge of Maplnfo/ MapBasic GIS/ database software.
• Experience with data visualization software such as Tableau.
• 2+ years' experience in programming languages such as Python or R (statistical analysis), data preprocessing, and basic machine learning algorithms.
