Job summary

CTG is seeking a Jr. Business Analyst to support our client from our Anchorage, AK office. The six-month contract focuses on documenting business processes, creating workflow diagrams, and updating procedures related to data entry, processing, and reporting.

You will collaborate with project managers and business users, assist with training material development, and help transition procedures from legacy systems to the new application. Strong written communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Junior-level business analysis, process documentation, or application support experience.
• Experience creating procedures, workflows, or training materials.
• Strong written communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with enterprise business applications preferred.
• Experience with AMCS Platform/AMCS Tower or solid waste operations is a plus.
