As a Jr Account Payable Coordinator at Claritev, you will:

1. Ensure all company and accounts payable policies and procedures are consistently and appropriately applied;
2. Ensure completed W-9s are obtained for all vendor setups and/or changes as per IRS regulations;
3. Execute and monitor established departmental reporting processes;
4. Aid in the completion of processes specific to the entry and/or upload of invoices into utilized systems for processing as appropriate;
5. Verify that the authorization of invoices processed meets established policies and guidelines.
