We’re an established and fast-growing digital marketing agency looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our collaborative, creative team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing, strong communication and organizational skills, and a desire to grow in client services. You’ll work closely with our Account Management team to support client success across a variety of industries, helping to ensure high-quality deliverables and strong relationships that drive retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers in client meetings by preparing materials, managing status reports, and sending follow-up recaps with clear next steps
- Assist with the project management of deliverables — track progress, ensure timelines and scopes are met, and follow up with team members
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to execute marketing campaigns and creative projects
- Help develop timelines and coordinate cross-functional work for campaigns and initiatives
- Maintain a thorough understanding of clients’ businesses, goals, and audiences
- Participate in the execution of work-product deliverables (e.g., email deployment, reporting)
- Ensure all client-facing work is delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with strategy
- Hold yourself and your team accountable for deadlines, quality, and communication
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or related field preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or similar
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels including social media, paid/organic search, website development, and creative production
- Experience working with digital platforms (e.g., WordPress, project management tools, analytics platforms)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Google Analytics certification a plus
