Job description

We’re an established and fast-growing digital marketing agency looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our collaborative, creative team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing, strong communication and organizational skills, and a desire to grow in client services. You’ll work closely with our Account Management team to support client success across a variety of industries, helping to ensure high-quality deliverables and strong relationships that drive retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Account Managers in client meetings by preparing materials, managing status reports, and sending follow-up recaps with clear next steps
  • Assist with the project management of deliverables — track progress, ensure timelines and scopes are met, and follow up with team members
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to execute marketing campaigns and creative projects
  • Help develop timelines and coordinate cross-functional work for campaigns and initiatives
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of clients’ businesses, goals, and audiences
  • Participate in the execution of work-product deliverables (e.g., email deployment, reporting)
  • Ensure all client-facing work is delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with strategy
  • Hold yourself and your team accountable for deadlines, quality, and communication
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or related field preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or similar
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels including social media, paid/organic search, website development, and creative production
  • Experience working with digital platforms (e.g., WordPress, project management tools, analytics platforms)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Google Analytics certification a plus
  • Values personalized service, urgency, curiosity, strategy, and excellence.
  • Positive, proactive, and eager to learn in a team-oriented environment
