The Role

In the Junior Account Executive role, you will support the Sport Specialty Sales team. This position requires a highly motivated, proactive individual with excellent organizational skills, a passion for the footwear industry, and a strong desire to learn and grow within HOKA. You will work closely with the Senior Strategic Account Manager supporting the R.E.I. business and assist the broader team as necessary. Building strong internal relationships with cross-functional teams and external relationships with retail partners is key. The ability to rapidly acquire new skills and adapt to various facets of the business is essential.

This role requires about 20% travel.

Your Impact

The primary functions include, but are not limited to:

1. Supporting the team through organization and task management, including managing meetings, weekly sales reports, and orderbooks to meet targets for the R.E.I. business.
2. Analyzing sales data, evaluating reports, tracking metrics, and providing insights to optimize sales strategies.
3. Facilitating internal collaboration between sales, marketing, merchandising, and operations.
4. Managing customer relationships, resolving partner issues, and ensuring alignment of needs.

• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and work independently or collaboratively.
• Passionate about the fitness-footwear industry and eager to lead HOKA forward.
• Detail-oriented, accurate in maintaining records and processing orders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote).
• Experience in sales, customer service, or account management is a plus.

Salary range: $70,000 - $75,000, dependent on location and experience. Specific salary details will be shared during the hiring process.
