Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with older adults in recreational or social settings is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Positive, upbeat personality with a genuine passion for helping others.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Help plan, organize, and lead activities to support residents' well-being.
• Connect with residents to build relationships and encourage participation.
• Create inclusive activities for diverse interests and abilities.
• Set up and maintain activity spaces with supplies organized.
• Attend team meetings and training to learn new programs.
• Maintain records of resident involvement and activity success.
• Assist the Activities Director and department as needed.
