Nothing Bundt Cakes #269 in South Euclid, Ohio, is hiring a Joy Creator to be the friendly face our guests see at the bakery.

You will greet guests, take orders, help them choose Bundt products, promote Bundtastic Rewards, keep the front of house clean, and support events with a team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience for every guest.

• Take orders accurately and efficiently while providing product knowledge and recommendations.
• Help guests select the perfect Bundt cake, Bundtlet, Bundtini, or gift.
• Promote Bundtastic Rewards and encourage guests to participate.
• Prepare and package guest orders according to brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house environment.
• Assist with decorating, stocking, packaging, and other bakery duties as needed.
• Support special orders, celebrations, fundraisers, and other bakery events.
• Work as part of a team to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and company standards.
• Help create a bakery environment where every guest feels appreciated and valued.

We’re looking for an energetic, friendly, and customer-focused Joy Creator to join our bakery team! As a Joy Creator, you’ll be one of the first faces our guests see and will play an important role in creating an exceptional guest experience.
