Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Team Member to join our store team in a fast-paced, friendly bakery environment. You will greet guests, assist with product selection, and help prepare, decorate, frost, and package cakes to brand standards.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and a positive guest experience, with a focus on maintaining cleanliness and food safety while supporting bakery operations and merchandising.

Qualifications

• Friendly, dependable and customer-focused individuals.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
• Previous retail, customer service, food service, or bakery experience is a plus, but not required.

At Nothing Bundt Cakes, we bring joy to every guest through exceptional service, beautifully decorated cakes, and a fun, welcoming bakery environment. As a Joy Creator, you will be cross-trained in guest service, cake finishing, and frosting, allowing you to support all areas of the bakery while creating memorable experiences for our guests.
