Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is hiring a Team Member to support guest service, cake finishing and frosting in a fun, welcoming bakery environment. You’ll be cross-trained across areas to help deliver memorable experiences for guests.

You’ll greet guests, assist with product selection, decorate and package cakes, and help keep the shop clean and organized. This role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, customer service or bakery is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills preferred.

Responsibilities

At Nothing Bundt Cakes, we bring joy to every guest through exceptional service, beautifully decorated cakes, and a fun, welcoming bakery environment. As aTeam Member, you will be cross-trained in guest service, cake finishing, and frosting, allowing you to support all areas of the bakery while creating memorable experiences for our guests.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly, positive attitude
• Provide excellent customer service and help guests select products
• Prepare, decorate, frost, and package cakes according to brand standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
• Support bakery operations, including stocking, cleaning, and merchandising
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver an outstanding guest experience
• Help create a fun, celebratory atmosphere that reflects the Nothing Bundt Cakes brand

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individuals
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Basic math and cash-handling skills preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light liftingPrevious retail, customer service, food service, or bakery experience is a plus, but not required
