Carroll Electric Cooperative is seeking a Journeyworker Lineworker to perform construction, operation, maintenance, and restoration of its electric distribution system, including overhead and underground linework on energized and de-energized facilities.
The role requires a qualified first-class journeyman lineman, strong safety discipline, and the ability to lead apprentices. Willingness to respond to outages on a rotating on-call schedule; CDL, CPR, and OSHA training are required.
The Journeyworker Lineworker is responsible for performing skilled electrical linework associatedwith the construction, operation, maintenance, and restoration of Carroll Electric Cooperative’selectric distribution system. The position requires a qualified first-class journeyman lineman capable of safely performingoverhead and underground linework, working on energized and de-energized facilities,operating line equipment, responding to outages and emergencies, and supporting thedevelopment of apprentice lineworker

The awarded candidate will be required to live within 30-minute response of the facilitywithin the first 6 months of employment and is required to be available 24 hours a day, 7days a week, for scheduled or unscheduled assignments.
