Job summary

All Energy Solar is looking for a qualified Journeyworker Electrician to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. You will be responsible for installing residential and commercial solar arrays, ensuring compliance with NEC codes, and promoting a safety-first work environment. This position offers an hourly pay of $45 to $55, with potential annual earnings up to $125,000, along with various company benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must complete and clear an MVR (motor vehicle) background screen.
• Must complete, acquire, and maintain DOT Medical certification.

Responsibilities

• Install grid-tied solar electric systems.
• Supervise installation of electrical components by unlicensed installers.
• Ensure personal and electrical safety on the job site.

Skills

Current Wisconsin Journeyman / Journeyworker Electrician license

Ability to accurately read and understand blueprints

In depth knowledge and experience in electrical installations

Proficient in conduit bending (¾” to 2”)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
