Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in the trade, with focus on small precision stampings.
• Effective communication in English, both in writing and verbally.
• Completion of a trade school diploma program or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build, repair, and maintain dies, fixtures, and tooling.
• Analyze specifications and operate machine tools.
• Maintain a safe working environment according to regulations.

Skills

Ability to read tool and die designs and prints

Basic shop math and trigonometry

Proficiency with precise measuring equipment

Ability to operate all standard tool room equipment

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

General knowledge of tool and die design
