Job summary

AERMOR is seeking a Test and Evaluation Analyst with Surface or Sub-surface ASW experience for on-site T&E support in Norfolk, VA. The role requires a Secret clearance and involves developing test plans, reviewing ROC/POE and ORD, and delivering formal test reports.

Responsibilities include planning realistic tests, analyzing data, and coordinating with Navy labs. Compensation aligns with market ranges; benefits include standard medical and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Secret security clearance access eligible.
• Minimum of four years of experience in Surface or Sub-surface ASW systems.
• Ability to apply analytical methodologies to evaluate operational effectiveness of combat systems.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Microsoft Office Specialist level recommended; STIPS or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Subject Matter Expertise on current Surface ASW operational tactics and procedures.
• Review program documentation (ROC/POE, CONOPS, ORD, manning, training, certification) and provide comments.
• Plan and design realistic operational tests; analyze data to draw defensible conclusions.
• Develop OT plans for various testing types (IOT&E, FOT&E, etc.).
• Assist labs in M&S to support testing; draft Accreditation Plans.
• Produce Operational Test Reports and related documentation.
• Serve as Contractual/Technical POC; prepare reports and attend meetings.
• Draft Naval correspondence for produced documents.
