Qualifications

This position bridges the gap between mission needs and software development, ensuring that the unified solution effectively supports various OCO mission types including interactive, sustained, automated, and identity operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide operational context for feature development.
• Translate Operational Needs (ONs) into technical requirements.
• Support workflow design and validation.
• Participate in user acceptance testing.
• Assist with training material development.
• Provide feedback on UI/UX designs from operational perspective.
• Support demonstration and testing activities.

Requirements:

• Must have an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field. An additional 4 years of experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years of experience in offensive cyber operations or related fields.
• Strong understanding of OCO workflows and mission requirements.
• Experience with cyber tools, platforms, and infrastructure.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of automation principles and workflow orchestration.
• Experience supporting software development efforts.
