Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

• 10+ years of UX/UI design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and outcomes.

This position applies user-centered design principles throughout the development lifecycle, conducting research, creating designs, and validating solutions through continuous testing and feedback. The UX Analyst bridges the gap between technical capabilities and user needs, ensuring that the unified solution delivers intuitive, efficient interfaces for operators conducting offensive cyber operations.

Requirements:

• Background in offensive cyber operations or related mission areas.
• Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and outcomes.
