Comfort Systems USA Shoffner is seeking experienced sheet metal mechanics to install duct work, read blueprints, and layout fittings on commercial construction sites. Journeymen work with apprentices under minimal supervision and contribute to safe, efficient installations across diverse job sites.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sheet metal installation experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to show schooling/hours to be a Journeyman.
• Drug-free workplace compliance.

Responsibilities

• Understand blueprints and drawings.
• Lay out and install commercial duct work.
• Unload, move, and handle duct work.
• Finish and seal duct work to pass testing.
• Help train apprentices.
