Journeyman Service Plumber – Commercial | $35–$45/hr | DFW Metroplex | Weekly Pay + Bonuses

RLP Mechanical is growing, and we’re looking for a Licensed Journeyman Service Plumber who takes pride in quality work, wants stability, and is ready to join a team that values your expertise. We’ve built our reputation over the last 15+ years by providing top-tier plumbing and HVAC services to both commercial and residential clients throughout Dallas–Fort Worth.

• Competitive Pay: $36–$44/hr based on experience, paid weekly

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial & residential plumbing systems
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Communicate effectively with project managers and teammates
• Perform system inspections, identify issues, and offer expert solutions
• Maintain clean records of service and work performed
• Rotate on-call every 4 weeks (guaranteed call pay applies)

What You Bring:

• Valid Texas Journeyman Plumbing License
• 2–4+ years of experience in commercial service plumbing
• Comfortable with both service and light construction work
• Ability to work independently or with a team
• Clean driving record & valid driver's license
• Strong work ethic, communication skills, and a drive for quality work
