What You’ll Be Doing

As a Lead Journeyman Plumber Foreman, you’ll be leading crews and ensuring the successful installation of commercial plumbing systems from the ground up. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and leading a team of 2-4 apprentices on commercial new construction and retrofit projects
• Coordinating installations to meet project timelines and quality standards
• Ensuring all plumbing work meets industry codes and best practices
• Inspecting installations and troubleshooting potential issues before they become problems
• Working alongside contractors to streamline project execution
• Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with regulations

What You Bring to the Table

• 6-8 years of commercial plumbing experience, with at least 2-4 years in a Lead / Foreman role
• Valid Texas Journeyman Plumbing License (Texas Med Gas Endorsement )
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and train a team effectively
• Deep knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, materials, and installation techniques
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
• Commitment to safety & compliance with all local and state regulations
• Willingness to travel occasionally (All travel expenses covered)
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background check
