Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years working experience as a Journeyman Level Mechanic.
• Completion of a 4-year State approved apprenticeship program with a Journeyman’s certificate highly desired.
• Working knowledge of operation and maintenance of research test facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical-related technical assignments within a research laboratory.
• Support operations of research tests by maintaining and optimizing mechanical systems.
• Operate machinery and tools as necessary for testing and maintenance.
