Qualifications

• Must maintain an operational residence telephone.
• Ability to repair and install water heaters.
• Pass drug screening test and background check as outlined by district policy.

Responsibilities

• Performs plumbing assignments as requested by supervisor through daily job tickets.
• Maintains all plumbing in assigned school zone and performs maintenance measures to eliminate future major repairs.
• Exercises proper safety precautions during the performance of daily job assignments.
• Maintains adequate records of work performed.
• Replaces existing equipment and installs new equipment when required.
• Assists members of the department and members of other departments as needed.
• Responds to calls after hours when needed.
• Performs other related duties as requested or assigned.
