Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Oregon Journeyman Plumber license is required.
• Experience with complex plumbing systems and maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance of plumbing systems including boilers, sinks, toilets, sewers and water supplies.
• Leads and trains other maintenance workers on plumbing best practices and safety procedures.
• Reviews blueprints, plans layouts, and prepares estimates for labor and costs.
