Job summary

T & T Plumbing & Heating Inc., a family-owned plumbing, HVAC, and geothermal contractor serving Northeast IN and the Fort Wayne area, is seeking a Journeyman Plumber with strong New Construction experience. This full-time role offers year-round work with a take-home company vehicle and a gas card.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in commercial or residential NEW construction plumbing and hold an Indiana Journeyman license (or be in the final year of apprenticeship).

Qualifications

• Requires valid Indiana journeyman license or in final year of apprenticeship.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with commercial and/or residential new construction plumbing.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.
• Strong project planning and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation of plumbing on commercial and residential new construction projects.
• Maintain job site following best industry practices.
• Direct and supervise apprentices on site.

Journeyman Plumber - New Construction

Pay Rate: $34.00 - $45.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, First Shift Position

• Responsible for the installation of plumbing projects
• Maintain job site to best industry practices throughout each project
• Direct and supervise apprentices

Desired Skills & Experience

• Current valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Indiana state Journeyman Plumbers License, or in the final year of apprenticeship
• 4 + years' experience in Commercial new construction plumbing projects
• Residential new construction experience
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures
• Strong project planning and critical thinking skills
• Good written and verbal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
