Job summary

AMPAM Parks Mechanical, Inc. is seeking skilled Plumbers to coordinate, execute, maintain, repair and install all types of plumbing equipment, domestic water systems, sewer systems, and related devices.

The role involves performing preventative maintenance, inspects and repairs, and installing fixtures in multifamily settings. Teamwork and adherence to codes are essential for meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Journeyman’s License with 4 years’ field plumbing experience.
• Knowledge of UPC/plumbing codes.
• Experience preferred with multifamily or commercial plumbing environments.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems per codes.
• Review blueprints and building codes to determine work details and procedures.
• Inspect structures to plan pipe installations and coordinate with team.
• Locate and mark pipe installations using measuring tools.
• Install plumbing fixtures including sinks, toilets, and water heaters.
• Direct apprentices and laborers in preassembly and installation.
• Install underground storm, sanitary and water piping systems.
