Job summary

Administration Dept in St. Paul seeks a Plumber for a full-time day shift (6:30 am–3:00 pm), Monday to Friday, with travel between Capitol buildings. You will perform routine plumbing work, maintenance, and repairs to keep facilities safe, energy-efficient, and compliant.

Qualifications include a state Journeyman plumber license and a St. Paul Plumbing license; a valid driver's license is required. ASSE certification is a plus. Telework is not available.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Journey-level plumber license issued by the State of MN.
• Must possess a valid St. Paul City Plumbing license (Applicant must obtain one within 9 months of hire if not currently possessed).

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of plumbing services in a professional manner.
• Keep plumbing equipment operable through maintenance and repair to conserve energy and water.
• Perform emergency repairs and preventative maintenance to minimize breakdowns.
• Carry out construction work to improve system functionality and ensure operations are reliable.
