Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring for a full-time Licensed Journeyman Plumber in Keller, TX. Location is Keller ISD—openings at other district sites; shifts are Monday–Friday with varying hours, and online applications are encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 8 years training and work experience total.
• Must have a valid Journeyman Plumbing license and proof of a valid RMP endorsement.
• Must possess a valid Class “C” driver’s license.
• Rudimentary ability to use hand-operated construction equipment.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50 pounds and perform strenuous labor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, repair, replacement, operation, and renovation of plumbing systems and equipment.
• Decide on routine and complex repairs; consult Operations Manager for major issues.
• Read blueprints and specifications to plan work and calculations.
• Review outside vendor projects and prepare punch lists.
• Analyze and correct complex building system problems solo or in a team.
• Maintain plumbing systems in compliant, safe condition per regulations.
• Determine manpower, materials, and deadlines for jobs.
• Maintain logs and update CMMS on mobile devices in real time.
• Foster a safe work environment by reporting incidents and hazards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
