Job summary

Columbia River Plumbing & Mechanical LLC in Washington state seeks a Journeyman Plumber to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems on commercial and multifamily projects, with hands-on work and mentorship of apprentices. A WA Journeyman license (PL01 preferred) and 4–6+ years of experience are required; you should read prints, know UPC/WAC codes, and ensure code-compliant installations.

You will collaborate with foremen and vendors on-site to keep projects moving.

Qualifications

• Must hold WA State Journeyman Plumber license (PL01 preferred).
• 4–6+ years of commercial/multifamily plumbing experience.
• Knowledge of UPC and WAC codes.
• Ability to read plumbing prints and specs.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing installations, service, and repairs aligned with state/local codes and CRP standards.
• Collaborate with foremen, apprentices, and other trades to resolve field challenges.
• Mentor apprentices and contribute to safety and documentation on-site.
• Submit daily updates and maintain as-builts.
