Raptor Rooter and Plumbing in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking a full-time Journeyman Plumber to perform impressive work alongside our Spokane Valley, WA team. We offer competitive pay of $40.00 - $50.00/hour (based on experience) and an excellent benefits package.

You typically work Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. The role involves leading plumbing projects, mentoring apprentices, ensuring safety, and delivering high-quality results for commercial remodels and new construction.

Qualifications

• Washington PL01 license required for plumbing work.
• Knowledge of UPC rules in WA and ID.
• Commercial plumbing experience is required.
• Ability to supervise and train apprentices.
• Strong safety awareness and physical stamina.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor apprentices and helpers on commercial remodel and new construction projects.
• Ensure work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Document progress, track project status, and solve problems as they arise.
• Maintain a consistent, high-quality output and professional conduct.

JOURNEYMAN PLUMBER QUALIFICATIONS

• Washington PL01 license
• Commercial plumbing experience
• Working knowledge of industry hazards and safety precautions
• Ability to work on prevailing wage jobs
• Ability to follow and apply the UPC in Washington and Idaho
• Ability to supervise and train apprentices
• Ability to complete projects without direct supervision
• Ability to climb ladders, carry heavy equipment, crouch, and perform other physical responsibilities
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude, organizational skills, and an ability to stay calm under pressure

Preferred Criteria

• Idaho journeyman license
• 5+ years of experience
