Qualifications

• Journeyman Plumber license or equivalent in good standing.
• 2 years’ plumbing trade experience.
• Ability to diagnose issues using blueprints and manuals.
• Experience managing work orders and coordinating with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems and related facility equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
• Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot plumbing issues using blueprints, manuals, and tools.
• Document maintenance activities, repair needs, and capital expense information accurately.
• Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and coordinate with contractors to meet quality and safety standards.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls and support issue resolution or escalation as needed.
• Operate and maintain vehicles and equipment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements consistently.
