Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems, facilities, equipment, and fixtures to ensure safety and functionality.
Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot plumbing issues using blueprints, repair manuals, and appropriate tools.
Document maintenance activities, repair needs, and replacement recommendations accurately.
Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and coordinate with contractors to meet quality and safety standards.
Respond promptly to emergency calls and support issue resolution during on-call rotations.
Comply with OSHA, EPA, and company safety policies while maintaining a safe work environment.
Operate and maintain vehicles and equipment in accordance with safety and operational guidelines.
