What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

Proven experience in plumbing and facility maintenance, including preventive and corrective repairs. Ability to interpret blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs for accurate diagnostics. Skilled in using hand and power tools, hoists, and other equipment safely and effectively. Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations to ensure compliance and workplace safety. Strong documentation skills for maintenance activities, work orders, and expense tracking. Capability to respond promptly to emergency calls and participate in on‑call rotations. Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with management and contractors.

Hourly Wage Range

The hourly wage range for this position is $33.00 - $63.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Minimum Qualifications
