Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
• 2 years’ experience in the plumbing trade.
• Licensed Journeyman Plumber or equivalent in good standing in the state of work.
• License in related trade in city and/or state of work.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems, facilities, equipment, and fixtures to ensure safety and functionality.
• Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues using blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs.
• Utilize hand and power tools to dismantle, repair, and replace defective parts safely and efficiently.
• Document maintenance activities, work orders, and repair reports accurately.
• Coordinate with contractors and manage maintenance schedules to meet quality and safety standards.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls and support on-call rotations.
• Comply with OSHA, EPA, and company safety regulations while maintaining a safe work environment.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in plumbing and facility maintenance, including preventive maintenance and repair of equipment and fixtures.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.
• Skilled in operating hand and power tools, hoists, and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Strong documentation skills for maintenance activities, work orders, and expense tracking.
• Capability to respond promptly to emergency calls and participate in on-call rotations.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with managers, contractors, and coworkers.

The hourly wage range for this position is $33.00 - $63.00**The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
