Job summary

• License in related trade in city/state of work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a facility and perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of facilities, equipment, or fixtures.
• Inspect, clean, and repair facilities, equipment, or fixtures and document signs of wear and tear.
• Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors, including expense vouchers, work orders, and maintenance logs.
• Operate, inspect, and troubleshoot heavy machinery and powered equipment in compliance with safety and training requirements.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support business-critical needs outside standard hours.
