Responsibilities

• Perform skilled new plumbing installation and extension, replacement, alteration, maintenance, and repair of plumbing, drains, fittings, hydrants, valves, plumbing, heating fixtures, traps, and gas supply distribution according to specifications in the State Plumbing code.
• Train and direct the work of laborers, other maintenance employees, and other helpers as needed.
• Complete related work and comply with departmental policies and safety requirements.
