• Connecticut Journeyman license required.
• Experience in residential plumbing service and repair.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve plumbing issues.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain consistent communication with dispatch.
• Provide outstanding customer service during service calls.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair plumbing and drainage systems.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship with safety and customer satisfaction in mind.
• Keep service vehicles, tools, equipment and inventory organized and maintained.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and respond rapidly to emergencies.
