• Skilled technical work at journeyman level involving operating, installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing plumbing systems and components, steam and hot water boiler equipment, and gas-fired equipment and fire protection systems.

Responsibilities

• Replace, install, and modify plumbing systems during renovation and remodeling projects (50%).
• Operate, troubleshoot, repair and install building plumbing systems, related equipment, and utility services (gas, water, sewer), steam and HW boilers, furnaces and related equipment (30%).
• Interact with customers via phone and in person to coordinate work and prepare related documents (10%).
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor to meet project needs (10%).
