GW Mechanical Inc. is seeking a Licensed Journeyman Plumber to lead commercial mechanical projects in Wyoming. The role is full-time in Mills, WY, with travel and relocation support for qualified candidates. Expect 8–10 hour days, a competitive hourly wage, and a bonus structure.

You will oversee large-scale installations, ensure safety and quality, read blueprints, and mentor junior staff while advancing toward superintendent or project management opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Journeyman Plumbing License.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional plumbing experience.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical project specifications.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and handle physical demands.
• Strong organizational skills and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex commercial plumbing installations in strict accordance with local codes and blueprints.
• Manage daily field operations to keep projects on schedule and within quality standards.

Job Overview

• Salary/Pay Rate: $30 to $36+ per hour plus Fixed Bonus.

• Experience working on prevailing wage projects.
