American National Insulation is looking for a Journeyman to install insulation products, read blueprints, and manage job-site logistics. The role requires lifting, climbing, and adherence to safety standards on local projects.

Travel is local with daily site visits. Applicants must be 18+ and hold a valid driver’s license; this safety-sensitive position emphasizes teamwork and precise workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Install products as allowed by associated collective bargaining agreement and/or project labor agreement.
• Understand blueprints and sketches. Measure, shape, and cut materials to specified measurements.
• Insulate, spray, plaster, trowel, seal, cover, wrap, staple, glue and fit insulating/sealant/foam/materials.
• Review your daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all product(s), tools and equipment for the day.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at job site.
• Report safety, customer or quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean work area at all times.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned per the CBAs.

Your Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

Able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted to load and unload various products. Climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, and stand to perform daily work and ladder climbing, as needed. This includes confined spaces and small areas.

Compensation Range

$39.33 - $39.33
