Base pay range

Signing Bonus of up to $5,000 for well-qualified candidates.

Guardian Energy Management Solutions has an immediate opening for an experienced MA-licensed Pipefitter to install projects for our commercial, industrial, and municipal clients throughout Massachusetts. We seek an individual with experience in HVAC projects, including commercial boiler replacement, heat pump systems, rooftops, and more. The role offers up to $50/hour, with potential overtime and prevailing wage work.

Requirements include:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial systems.
• Ability to manage and install projects, provide feedback, troubleshoot, and interact with clients and team members.
• Experience with quality workmanship and managing apprentices.
• Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and physical ability to lift 75 lbs, climb ladders, etc.

Licensing Requirements

• Valid Massachusetts Journeyman Pipefitter's and Plumber's licenses.
• Additional HVAC licenses and licensure in NH, CT, ME, RI are a plus.
• OSHA 10 certification required; EPA 608 preferred.
